Ordering
You may order online: www.virogen.com, via Fax/Email with Purchase Order, or by Phone. All orders are subject to availability.
Product prices do not include shipping and handling charges.
Order confirmations will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Prepayment via credit card is required for new customers to create an account.
Prepayment via credit card or wire transfer is required for international orders before products are shipped.
Prepayment is required for all custom antibody, custom protein orders.
For all international shipments, the duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer’s.
Any changes to your order must be received by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on the date of the order, otherwise all sales are considered final.
All in stock items will be shipped overnight via Federal Express according to the following schedule:
Domestic: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
International: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
All backordered items will be fulfilled as indicated on order confirmation.
A $15 Handling fee will be added to all shipments.
Shipping
All antibodies and antigens are shipped in either thermal envelopes or styrofoam shippers with gel ice packs.
Shipments needing Dry Ice are subject to an additional charge of $25.
We are happy to use your Fedex account for your shipments. Please call us at 617 926 9167 to provide us your account number, or clearly indicate this on your Purchase Order.
We exclusively ship with Federal Express. If Federal Express is not the courier of choice in your area, you may arrange your own courier service for delivery. All courier fees, duties and taxes, and insurance are the responsibility of the customer’s. We will coordinate pick up times when your order has been completed for shipment. Once these products leave our facility, ViroGen is no longer liable or responsible for any lost, damaged, or unsigned for goods handled by outside couriers.
Pricing
All non credit card orders are subject to NET 30 day payment terms. A 1.5% monthly late charge fee will be applied to past due balances. If paying by bank or wire transfer, please remit NET invoice amount. No deductions of fees to the invoice balance. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed through the PayPal Pro interface. Prices quoted on this website are expressed in US Dollars. Please note that prices are subject to change without notification. If a price discrepancy exists between the online price and the actual price, we will contact you for confirmation prior to shipping the order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of ViroGen’s products, all sales are final. No product can be returned without prior return authorization. Any discrepancies between the packing list and actual product received must be reported to ViroGen within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us at 617 926 9167 or [email protected] to report any issues with your purchase.
Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax. Please contact your State Tax Department to settle your tax obligations. Please email or fax your Tax Exempt forms to [email protected]. For international orders, please include your VAT number, including country code.
